Alianza Arkana Blog
During the summer of 2018, Ellen interned at Alianza Arkana as both a Cordeiro Fellow and Weissman Fellow.“Plant Medicine and Gynecology Workshop” is her blog post about collaborating with the Shipibo-Conibo community to lead a workshop regarding traditional medicine, specifically dealing with gynecological diseases.
“Youth Cultural Exchange Program from Santa Clara to Nuevo Saposoa” is her blog post about working with young adults in the Shipibo-Conibo community, exploring and better valuing their history and culture in present-day society.
